Meet your Doctors
Dr. Fernando Munguia
Dr Fernando Munguia, board certified Prosthodontist, diplómate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics, Fellow in Implant Dentistry. Orofacial pain and Oral Medicine Specialist, founded California Smile Institute 22 years ago. He graduated from the Advance Program in Prosthodontics and Fellowship from the Centerfor Implant Dentistry also in Lima Linda university.
7 years ago he got his Masters in Orofacial pain and Oral Medicine from the University of Southern California. His love for teaching led him to donate his time as an Assistant Professor at LLU for 22 years. Also he was an international speaker and had trained many graduate students as well as dentists in the area of dentures over implants and cosmetic dentistry.
He passed away in November of 2023 but his legacy lives with the professionals and staff in our practice.
Dr. Jackqueline Martinez
Dr Jackqueline Martinez (Jackie) graduated in 1989.
She received her DDS degree from the State of California in 1994. In 2014 She received her Master degree in Orthodontics from the University of Munster, Germany. She has been working with Dr Munguia for over 20 years.
In her own words I have first hand experience on implant and all implant related restorations from working with the Master, Dr Munguia".
Dr Martinez Will use her 34 years of experience in all phases of dentistry to continue with Dr Munguia's legacy and making sure our patients continue receiving the best dental care.

Dr. Mario Flores
Dr Mario Flores received his California Dental License in 1984. After 10 years of practicing as General dentist, He decided to pursue Periodontics and got his Specialty Degree from Loma Linda University in 1996. He has been in private practice for almost 40 years.
Nowadays, Dr Flores is a Full time Faculty at LLU. He and Dr Munguia have a personal and professional relation for many years. They worked together in several cases. Dr Flores is an active member of the community (lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his lovely wife Vania and their Son) He likes biking and teaching.

He was the Clinic Director for the International Student at USC and Director of the Advance Prosthodontic Program at LLU.
He is also a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics. Dr. Daher brings 42 years of clinical and teaching experience.

Dr. Fahad Warriach finished his Dental School at University of Lahore in 2012. 6 years after He received his DDS degree from the State of California in 2018. He then decided to pursue his Specialty in Implant dentistry at Loma Linda University under Dr Munguia's guidance, Dr also holds his Sedation Certificate and is honored to join our practice.
Dr Warriach is bringing 12 years of dental experience and a happy heart. He is devoted to his patients. When He is not working he likes to spend time with family and friends and watch a game or 2 of cricket, his favorite sport.
